Popis:	In a wind-tunnel experiment, conidia of Drechslera teres were wind-dispersed only when leaf surfaces were dry. Mist particles, driven by a wind velocity of 2·78 m s−1 resulted in surface run-off of leaf water containing conidia. The role of water droplets in conidial dispersal is critically discussed.
