Differential diagnosis of lung abnormalities in a patient with recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis

Popis:	Clinical observation of multi-cavity lung cancer in a patient with chronic recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis in a 23-year-old patient who underwent annual surgical treatment (papillomatous laser removal) is presented. Pulmonary cavities have been detected and differential diagnosis has been carried out at the annual fluorographic examination. The tactics of surgical intervention is due to the rare occurrence of this pathology, the lack of clinical manifestations and the peculiarities of the radiological picture.
