Pelatihan Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Muatan Lokal dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka

Popis: Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi mitra diantaranya: (1) Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) guru yang kurang cakap dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, (2) guru kekurangan referensi bahan ajar yang inovatif, dan (3) guru belum memiliki keterampilan dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis muatan lokal dan pelajar pancasila. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan upaya agar dapat mengoptimalkan pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka yang telah diluncurkan. Solusi yang diberikan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) melakukan pelatihan kepada anggota guru-guru di KKG Aluh-Aluh terkait bagaimana cara membuat dan menyusun bahan ajar berbasis muatan lokal dan pelajar pancasila dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode solutif dapat dilakukan dengan ToT (trainer of trainer) yang dapat memperluas komunikasi antar guru melalui komunikasi antar rekan sejawat dan KKG yang berada dalam lingkup lebih besar lagi dengan berbasis manajemen berbasis sekolah. Adapun mitra yang terlibat dalam pelatihan ini anggota guru-guru di KKG Aluh-Aluh Kabupaten Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan dengan jumlah peserta pelatihan 45 dari KKG Aluh-aluh Kabupaten Banjar. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan tanggal 18 Juli 2022 dan 30 Agustus 2022 pada pengembangan bahan ajar ini yaitu: (1) guru mampu membuat draft dalam konten bahan ajar secara sederhana, (2) guru mampu mengembangkan secara mandiri bahan ajar sesuai kebutuhan sekolah masing-masing, (3) guru mampu mengimplementasikan muatan lokal. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa hasilnya 24 guru dapat menyelesaikan draft pengembangan bahan ajar pada Tema 7 dengan 6 pembelajaran. Dengan demikian diperlukan kegiatan PkM pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar tingkat lanjut untuk semakin menguasai keterampilan mereka dalam praktik nyata di dalam proses belajar mengajar, terutama pada guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Aluh-aluh Kabupaten Banjar. Kemudian perlu adanya kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak terkait dalam memaksimalkan keterlibatan peran KKG Kcematan Aluh-aluh meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. Problems that partners often face include (1) human resources teachers who are not proficient in implementing an independent curriculum, (2) teachers who lack innovative teaching material references, and (3) teachers who do not have skills in developing teaching materials based on local content and Pancasila students. Related to the importance of this to be done as an effort to optimize the implementation of the independent curriculum that has been launched. If this problem is left unattended, teachers will difficult to find textbook references that follow the local wisdom of the local community. The solution for overcoming this problem is that the service team conducts training for teachers at KKG Aluh-aluh on how to make and compile teaching materials based on local content and Pancasila students in the implementation of an independent curriculum. The method used in this service is a solutive method that can be done with ToT (Trainer of Trainer), which can expand communication between teachers through communication between colleagues and KKG, which is in a larger scope based on school-based management. The partners involved in this training are members of teachers at KKG Aluh-Aluh, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. This training was held three times with the number of trainer participants 45 from KKG Aluh-aluh, Banjar Regency. The training activities carried out on July 18, 2022, and August 30, 2022, on the development of this teaching material are: (1) teachers can make drafts in the content of teaching materials, (2) teachers can independently develop teaching materials according to the needs of their respective schools, (3) teachers can implement local content. Based on the training results, it was obtained that, as a result, 24 teachers could complete the draft development of teaching materials on Theme 7 with six lessons. Thus, PKM activities are needed to train the development of advanced teaching materials to further master their skills in real practice in the teaching and learning process, especially in elementary school teachers in Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency. Then there is a need for cooperation with related parties in maximizing the involvement role of the KKG Aluh-aluh districts to improve the quality of education in the region.
