Popis:	The article discusses the financial risks of industrial companies, which can be managed using derivative financial instruments. Their separation from other risk factors inherent in the economic activity of non-financial organizations has been substantiated. Approaches for assessing stock exchanges and their tools are proposed in the context of constructing the most cost-effective hedging strategies for the above risks. Criteria were formulated and substantiated to be met by the indicated exchanges and circulating derivatives for their more active use by the management of non-financial companies.
