Popis: | This paper presents a system developed for single bunch induced transient detection in linear particle accelerators. The purpose of the system is to perform phase calibration. Other currently available methods used for the task have several disadvantages. The main drawback is that they affect normal accelerator operation during measurements. The system performs the calibration without disturbing accelerator operation. Experimental results prove correct operation of the system and its usefulness as a calibration tool in the future XFEL radiation source. |
