Popis: The most common IMS experienced by adolescent girls is chlamydia, with 3,306.8 cases per 100,000 women. The disease can arise due to poor genital hygiene. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and actions of external genitalia hygiene in early adolescents in the working area of ​​UPTD Puskesmas Kuningan, Kuningan Regency. This type of research uses descriptive. The population in this study were all early adolescents aged 10-14 years as many as 1,730 respondents and the sampling technique using simple random sampling obtained 325 respondents. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire sheet and data analysis using univariate analysis. The results of this study showed that the characteristics of respondents showed that 37.5% of respondents were 13 years old, 53.8% of respondents were junior high school education level, and 37.5% of respondents were at the age of menarche at the age of 12 years. Knowledge of early adolescents as much as 10.2% have less knowledge about external genitalia hygiene, as well as with external genital hygiene measures there are 10.2% of respondents who have less action. The results of this study are for midwives to carry out more integrated education and develop health promotion.
