Three new C-geranylated flavonoids from Paulownia catalpifolia T. Gong ex D.Y. Hong seeds with their inhibitory effects on xanthine oxidase

Popis:	Three new C-geranylated flavonoids named as paucatalinones L (1), M (2), and N (3) were isolated from the seeds of Paulownia catalpifolia T. Gong ex D.Y. Hong. Their structures were determined by means of UV, IR, MS, NMR and CD techniques. Among them, paucatalinone N (3) was the fifth C-geranylflavone derivative obtained from Paulownia genus, and its geranyl variation was firstly displayed in Paulownia C-geranylated flavonoids. Moreover, Compounds 1 and 3 showed good inhibitory effects on xanthine oxidase.
