Popis:	Although the theoretical identifiability of models including Michaelis-Menten type non-linearities has been proved, the practical identification of those models remains difficult. This paper deals with a simple and pragmatic approach to improve the estimation of the k-parameter and to minimize the amount of required experimental work, by choosing adequately the acquisition times of experimental data.
