Popis:	A new approach to the solution of nonlinear programming prob-lems is suggested. The main salient feature of the approach is a network interpretation of nonlinear functions. The case of nonsmooth problems is considered. Constructive algorithms for an asymptotic solution of a wide class of regular and singular perturbed optimal control problems with closed sets of admissible controls are presented. New results on applications of the method of averaging for an optimal control problem are given.
