The present investigation was aimed to study the factors related to job stress among high school teachers in Zahedan city. In order to get to this point, the data was collected based on Behnoudi's job stress factors questionnaire in addition to theoretical studying and investigation of the research literature, and the calculated reliability was 0.97. The population consisted of 714 high school teachers, which 250 of them were chosen through stratified random sampling method. The research method was practical in terms of objective and correlation-survey base one in terms of method of data collection. After the data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics, the results demonstrated that individual, familial and organizational factors and social, cultural and economical issues have significant relationship with job stress, but they are not able to predict stress. |
