Popis: | We show that, as the pressure of a metal–air jet increases from 0.6 to 1.2 МРа, its velocity increases from 300 to 600 m/sec. It is established that with increase in the velocity of the flow of particles, the time of transportation of drops from the arc to the substrate increases and they strike against a prepared surface at higher temperatures. It is shown that as the air pressure increases, the size of drops and oxides between the lamellae decreases, and the mechanical characteristics improve. |
