The problem of treatment of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis lies at the interface of two specialties – otorhinolaryngology and dentistry. Dental manipulations in the area of large molars of the upper jaw, performed in violation of the guidelines of treatment of tooth hard tissue pathology, may result in the development of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis.
