The theme of the final qualification work: "Development of a business model of a new enterprise using foreign experience (for example, opening a confectionery)." Purpose of work: Development of a confectionery business model based on foreign experience and assessment of its effectiveness. The work was carried out on materials from open sources, as well as from Russian and foreign literature on the research topic. Methods used: general scientific research methods - content and comparative analysis, analogy method. Specific methods - methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of projects, a survey method. Results of work: 1. The key elements of the business model of a new enterprise and the principles of developing a business model based on international benchmarking have been determined; 2. The key competitive advantages of the leading confectionery enterprises were revealed and a unique business model of the confectionery was presented on the basis of successful international experience; 3. The expediency and commercial efficiency of the proposed business model has been substantiated and the main financial indicators used in the analysis of the feasibility of investment projects have been determined. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application is confectionery production. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of using the proposed business model when making a decision to open its own confectionery production and attract potential investors. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined. |
