| Popis: | A case report of a 73-year-old woman with mitral regurgitation secondary to papillary fibroelastoma and prolapse of the mitral valve is described. The tumor was excised, and the valve repaired with a Duran annuloplasty ring. The clinicopathologic features and the surgical management of this rare tumor are reviewed. |
