Experimental Study for Equipment Energy Consumption of Bag Filter Causing by the Dust Layer Structure on Filter Bag Surface

Popis: The energy consumption of bag house is formed by equipment structure resistance and filter layer resistance, and the filter layer is constituted by smoke dust. In running condition, the structure of filter layer would be changed by sedimentation or backmixing of particles. In order to finding the influence between energy consumption and structure of filter layer, two different structure of filter layer has been studied by experiment. The result show: Layers structure and mixture structure of particles and smoke dust are significant effect on resistance, and it is shown parabola relationship. While the ratio of mass is low, the increase rate of change is low.
