Popis: This letter is written to call attention to a common potential hazard to small children. The usual swing set found in playgrounds and in backyard play areas is a metal frame support with chains holding the swing seat. The chains are frequently attached to the swing seat by means of an "S" hook. Children will often climb the metal frame and slide down the chain. If the "S" hook is not closed completely it offers a dangerous hazard to the falling child.
