Popis:	The neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Children's Hospital Boston has established a multidisciplinary crisis resource management program using high-fidelity simulation and debriefing. The course was developed in response to identified patient safety goals for improved multidisciplinary communication and team training in the NICU. The article focuses on the identified need and development of the NICU course.
