the technology of radio frequency identification (RFID) is an automatic non-contact identification technique, which uses radio frequency signal to recognize target automatically, and access to data of relevant information, and can effectively complete the rapid identification of traffic information system. In this paper, the characteristics and basic principle of radio frequency identification technology are described, the application of RFID in intelligent traffic management system for identifying vehicle identity information, automatic peccancy disposal, non-stop electronic toll collection are analyzed. The results show that, the application of RFID in intelligent traffic management system, greatly improves the management efficiency of traffic system, has bright application prospect. |
