In the course of the bachelor's work, a jib crane was designed for maintenance of the stamping shop, performing loading and unloading operations for receiving blanks and shipping finished products.For the jib crane, a lifting mechanism, a trolley and crane movement mechanism were calculated. The calculation and design of the metal structure of the crane was carried out according to the permissible stresses. The crane structure design process included the following sections: 1. Selection and justification of the static scheme and type of construction; 2. Determination of design loads (weight and inertial loads, dynamic coefficients, etc., compilation of a table of loads); 3. Selection and justification of the geometric parameters of the static scheme; 4. The choice of material for the metal structure; 5. Design of the main bearing elements, taking into account the conditions of strength, rigidity, stability; 6. Checking the strength of the diaphragms and the rail against the load created by the trolley. |
