Popis:	CRS oedometer tests performed at different suctions on a reconstituted residual soil in both non-cemented and cemented conditions show that the combined effect of partial saturation and bonding on yield stress is larger than the sum of the separated effects of the two factors. A model of yielding, which would apply to saturated or unsaturated, and structured or non-structured soils is then proposed with reference to the fabric of the soil which can be isotropic or anisotropic.
