Popis: Stochastic approach is proposed for modeling of potentially dangerous technogenic objects emissions in the atmosphere. This approach considers probability distribution of meteorological factors. Such factors as probability distribution of atmospheric stratification, effect of precipitation, chemical transformation of impurities and absorption by underlying surface were taken into account to increase accuracy of the stochastic model for intermediate wind direction. The method and software for cartographic mapping of influence zones of one or more potentially hazardous objects were developed. These means are aimed on technogenic pollution level determination and oriented to support decision-making on environmental safety of the atmosphere. The stochastic mathematical and cartographical models of surface air pollution by nitrogen dioxide emissions from TPP-5 and sulfur dioxide emissions from major stationary sources of the Kiev city pollution were drawn as examples. Developed models adequacy was confirmed by mathematical calculations to compare the data with appropriate positions for pollution observation.
