Popis: | Elastoplastic deformation in the region of stress raisers has a controlling effect on the moment of formation and propagation of cracks on components and structural members [1-3]. In clarifying and developing criteria for the cracking process, it is of special interest to examine the initial stage of local cyclic deformation characterized by the variations of an uniaxial diagram of the material from static to cyclic. Description of the kinetics of this transition and determination of its boundaries is also of considerable importance for calculating the endurance of structural members [4]. |
