Popis:	The South African National Editor's Forum (Sanef) commissioned a national audit of journalism skills in 2002. The results of the audit were announced and discussed at a media conference on 24 May 2002 in Johannesburg. In the following section some of the remarks made by Sanef committee members involved in the audit are given.
