In this article, the author gives the results of a comprehensive analysis of modern building systems of prefabricated buildings and touches on topical problems associated with modern construction of prefabricated buildings and structures. In addition, the article presents the results of a comparison of the most common building technologies for the construction of buildings with a fundamentally new single-element flat building system for high-speed assembly of prefabricated buildings. The developed system has no analogues in modern construction, which adds relevance and novelty to this article. The practical value lies in comparing current systems for the construction of prefabricated buildings with fundamentally new developments. Research results show that the use of new technologies for the construction of prefabricated buildings increases productivity. The main provisions of this research can form the basis for further theoretical and practical developments. |
