Popis: Presentation of Case First admission. An 84-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of jaundice. She was well until three years previously, when a Billroth II operation was performed because of a duodenal ulcer with obstruction of the gastric outlet. Physical examination had revealed hepatosplenomegaly, and the liver appeared cirrhotic at laparotomy. Fourteen months before admission a modified right radical mastectomy was performed because of an infiltrating ductal carcinoma; all 16 axillary lymph nodes resected were free of tumor.
