Popis: The orthodontist is not as familiar with Class III malocclusions as he is with Class II. With Class III malocclusions, mandibular growth must be watched, measured, and evaluated to determine if orthodontic treatment will overcome the malocclusion, or whether growth changes will recreate the original problem. A Class III malocclusion that can be resolved simply by tooth movement is a good candidate for orthodontic therapy.
