Popis:	Malakoplakia of liver is rare and only five cases have been reported thus far. We report a case of liver malakoplakia in a 16-year-old female patient explored by ultrasonography, CT-scan and MRI. The diagnosis was made by needle core biopsy and the patient was treated with antibiotherapy with complete regression.
