| Popis: | The work is devoted to the mechanisms of formation of the model of the ideal leader. It is based on research conducted by S. Parkinson at the end of the last century. The issues raised in the work are extremely relevant and important in the study of such a discipline in higher education institutions as the psychology of work. It is emphasized that the transfer of the methods of generational theory to the psychology of labor has a right to exist, but under certain conditions. |
