Popis: Characteristics of the ferroelectric hysteresis in PVDF and its copolymers with various textures have been investigated. The transition from isotropic films to uniaxially stretched ones facilitates processes of reorientation of domains. The introduction of 6 mol% TFE into the PVDF reduces the coercive fields. The temperature-field dependences of the hysteresis characteristics demonstrate the “memory” effects.
