Value Dimensions: Core Values Assessment in a Systemic Approach to Management

Popis:	While the world has changed dramatically over the past decade, management theory has only partially adapted to this change. But what could a new management approach capable of handling the challenges companies are facing today look like? To answer this question a new management approach based on a company’s core values is presented. To operationalize the new approach, a seven level development scheme is introduced and its individual value dimensions empirically verified. The results of the empirical verification permit the conclusion that the introduced model and its seven levels can be populated with specific value-related attributes and therefore can be used to measure and describe the core values of companies.
