Popis: | By using terphenyl-3,3″,5,5″-tetracarboxylic acid (H4tptc) ligand and different N-donor co-ligands, two Zn(II)-based coordination polymers (CPs) {[Zn(tptc)(1,2-bimb)2]·4.5(H2O)}n (1, 1,2-bimb = 1,2-bis (imidazol-1-ylmethyl) benzene) and {[Zn3(Htptc)2(2,2´-bpy)2]·1.5H2O}n (2, 2,2´-bpy = 2,2´-bipyridine) were prepared. Compound 1 could be used as a sensor for Fe3+ ion with a low detection limit. To develop novel candidates for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) treatment, ELISA detection kit was used to determine the Aβ 40 and Aβ 42 content produced in nerve cells. RT-PCR was carried out to measure the ROS related genes relative expression levels, for example, pg91 and gp21. |
