Popis:	Isoalkanes are brominated by Br2 in liquid SO2 in the presence of catalytic amounts of super acids (SbF3 or SbF5 – HSO3F (1:1 molar ratio – “Magic Acid”)) to yield mono, di and tri bromoalkanes. A possible mechanism is discussed.
