Ðа оÑнове полÑÑеннÑÑ ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов ÑаÑÑеÑа бÑло пÑоизведено ÑÑÐ°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð²ÑÑ ÑаÑÑеÑнÑÑ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ и вÑÑвлено наиболее ÑÑÑекÑивное конÑÑÑÑкÑивное ÑеÑение Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑолÑнÑм пеÑекÑÑÑием в веÑÑ Ð½ÐµÐ¹ ÑаÑÑи зданиÑ. The paper presents sections of the project documentation for the construction of an administrative building in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87 and the terms of reference. The following sections have been developed: the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and space-planning solutions, design solutions, the project of the construction organization, the technology of construction processes, measures to ensure fire safety, measures to ensure access for the disabled and the estimate for the construction of capital construction facilities. The calculation of the console floor structure is described in detail. The purpose of this work, in addition to the development of sections of the project documentation, is to select a structural solution for a building with a console floor structures in the upper part of the building. Tasks to be solved: 1. Analyze the practical experience in the design of high-rise buildings; 2. Develop and calculate several computational models to identify effective structural scheme; 3. Form recommendations for choosing a design solution for consoles in high-rise buildings. To achieve the goal and objectives, publications were analyzed, two calculation models were developed and calculated in the SCAD Office 21.1.1.1 software. Based on the obtained calculation results, two calculation models were compared and the most effective structural solution of the building with a console floor structures in the upper part of the building was identified. |
