Popis: | The hypothesis of the lymphatic system participation in enzymes transport from organs to blood is experimentally tested. The permeability changes of the external cell membrane of dogs muscular cells are achieved under the influence of the dosed physical load. Absolute and relative increase of the activity of lactate dehydrogenase, glutamate and alanin transaminase in lymph of the thoracal lymphatic duct is ahead of the same in blood. It is concluded that eriginally enzymes get to lymph and then to blood. |
