Popis: 1. Austenite-carbide columns, which provide high wear resistance of parts, are formed in chromium steels with 17–25% Cr during carburizing at 1000–1300°C. 2. The structure of austenite-carbide columns is lamellar and rod-shaped columns of (Fe, Cr)7C3 which have branched into the austenite matrix.
