ЦелÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑеÑÑÑ ÑазÑабоÑка модели ÑÑÑаÑегиÑеÑкого ÑпÑÐ°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑазвиÑием компании на оÑнове KPI в ÐР«ÐÐС». The title of the master graduate qualification work: Strategic management of the company's development based on KPI (on the example of the joint-stock company "PETROELEKTROSBYT")". The aim of the study is the development of a model of strategic management of the company's development based on KPI in PES JSC. The study was carried out on the basis Joint Stock Company PETROELEKTROSBYT. Research subject: methodology of strategic management of an organization based on the concept of KPI. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, analogies, org. designing and evaluating the economic efficiency of the implementation of the company's development management strategy based on KPI. The main results of the study: - substantiated the need to develop a model for strategic management of the company's development based on KPI in PES JSC; - substantiated the problem of ineffectiveness of the current provisions of the KPI in the Company on the basis of the results of the analysis and the direction of improving the model of strategic management of the company's development based on the KPI in PES JSC; - substantiated the condition of economically efficient use of the proposed implementation of the company's development management strategy based on KPI in PES JSC. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of the company-object and the possibility of scaling the solution at the enterprises of the group of companies of the holding. The scientific novelty of the study determination of the conditions for the application of the adjusted KPI indicators of employees of the direction of commercial services in PES JSC. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined. |
