Popis: | Conventional (commonly provided by remote terminal units, RTUs) and synchronized phasor measurements are processed by power system state estimators. These measurements may be contaminated with gross errors that should be detected, identified, and eliminated. In this paper an efficient bad data (BD) processing scheme is presented, whose features are: independent estimators are used to process separately conventional and synchrophasor measurements; smearing effect of BD is eliminated, which allows their block identification and replacement; data validation is possible even under critical conditions for observability. The results of simulations performed on the IEEE 30-bus system demonstrate the application of the proposed approach. |
