Popis:	There is an increasing of allergic reactions on the so called «hidden» allergens during the last years. Nowadays a lot of allergens and various compositions could be regarded as the so called «hidden» allergens. At the same time their role in adverse reactions as well as in allergic reactions is not clear. This review is devoted to definition, classification and clinical contribution of «hidden» allergens. The allergic reaction to «hidden» allergen in genferon preparation is described as a clinical example.
