Popis: | Bronchial artery embolization is a well-established treatment for patients with haemoptysis. Communications between coronary and bronchial vessels have been seen on coronary angiography. This report describes a case of a bronchial to coronary artery anastomosis diagnosed prior to embolization in a patient with haemoptysis. |
