| Popis: | Having set out to construct buildings, structures, and roads in the North, the builders had to find out from practice that they knew nothing about the properties of permafrost as foundation beds and they did not know how to protect buildings from deformations. As a result many large buildings constructed in prerevolutionary times on permafrost were severely deformed in a short time or fell into disrepair. |
