The aim of the research was the study of peculiarities of formation of atopic Phenotype in children the first months of life, babies born to mothers suffering bronchial asthma. Examined 56 pairs of mother-child (boys-44.6%, girls-55.4%). all children born from a single fetation, urgent delivery (96.5%) in satisfactory condition (98.3%), with the average physical development (88%). Anamnestic record by atopic anamnesis (bronchial asthma) only through the mother was celebrated at 72 per cent of children, both lines-at 28%. All women (100%) burdened by a noted during pregnancy: gestosis (41.8%), anaemia (52.7%), acute respiratory disease (46.4%), threat of termination of pregnancy (27.3%), oedema (54.5%), pathology of the endocrine system (16%) and pathological weight gain (13%). The first manifestations of allergies at 42.3% occurred on 3–4 day life as vomiting after feeding, regurgitation, liquid stool mixed with mucus. In the second week of life symptoms of gastrointestinal food allergy are registered in all children (100%) (regurgitation, flatulence, colic, infant self difficulties urinating, liquid stool with an abundance of mucus in faecal masses). Symptoms of atopic dermatitis 80.7% of children have occurred already in the first month. Episodes of bronchial obstruction are registered in the first 3 months at 14.3% of children and immediately wore a relapsing course. |
