Popis:	Clinodactyly and Kirner’s deformity are generally regarded as independent anomalies. We present the first family in which both deformities are present. This concurrence raises the question as to whether these deformities are variable expressions of the same genetic disorder. However, because a conclusive genetic test could not be performed, coincidence cannot be excluded.
