Researchers have varied and specialized computer needs. This paper describes an approach to developing services to meet these needs. After identifying the category of researchers to be helped, the services are developed in three ways. First are activities which are sponsored by the computer center to aid researchers in helping each other. Second are joint projects between the computer center and the academic community. Last are the traditional projects performed within the computer center. |
