| Popis: | The response of differential refractive index and light scattering detectors, used in size exclusion chromatography, depends on the concentration and mass of the polymer respectively. In order to evaluate the detection capabilities of these detectors, polystyrene sample SRM 706 and three commercial polybutadiene rubber samples were analyzed. Molecular weight data obtained by using these detectors have been compared in the present work. |
