The subject of the graduate qualification work is âEnterprise human capital evaluation in conditions of digital transformation of the labour marketâ. Thesis aims to suggest methods of evaluation of the human capital and its effectiveness in the sector of information technology. The research sets the following goals: 1. Analysis of the evolution of the term âHuman capitalâ along with analysis of the already existing methods to evaluate human capital on different levels. 2. Analysis of the impact of digitalization on human capital and its dynamics. 3. Evaluation of effectiveness of human capital use in information technology sector in Russia. Suggestion of integrated indicator of human capital for the purpose of companyâs human capital evaluation. 4. Development of recommendations that would help increase national human capital and human capital of a certain information technology company. The following instruments were used while carrying out the research: multiple regression model, DEA model, fuzzy set method. The study resulted into the composition of econometric model, that showed the influence that the chosen social-economic factors have on a national human capital. Methods of national and IT-companyâs human capital evaluation are suggested. Recommendations to increase the human capital are developed. |
