Popis:	Despite advances in drug treatments, multiple myeloma almost always remains a fatal disease. Technical advances in radiotherapy enable total marrow irradiation (TMI) by intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) to better protect healthy tissues and organs. This therapeutic modality can be proposed in conditioning for an autograft of peripheral stem cells (PSC). The purpose of this chapter is to report the French experience in first-recurrence multiple myeloma.
