COMPENSATION AND COMPETENCE IN MOTIVATION WORK ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE FINANCING COMPANIES

Popis:	This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation through compensation programs and increasing employee competency both partially and simultaneously on improving the performance of employees of finance companies in Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data. The population in this study were all finance company employees in Makassar City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 37 respondents were selected as FIF company employees. Data collection techniques using questionair and data analysis used is SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work motivation through the program of providing compensation and increasing employee competence partially or simultaneously influences the increase in employee performance at FIF financing companies in Makassar City.
