Popis: Aim: To evaluate role of specific serum IgGs as pointers towards exposure to groups of inhalation antigens in patients with HP and unknown source of exposure. Methods: Patients with known serum concentrations of specific IgGs were included (n=611). Potential exposures to inhalation antigens and final diagnosis were assessed from medical records. The two sample Wilcoxon test was used for the statistical evaluation. The value 0.05 was chosen as the significance level. The area under ROC curve was calculated to assess the performance of the selected predictors. Results: 300 patients had positive history of exposure to inhalation antigens, 202 were diagnosed HP, 65 other interstitial lung disease (ILD), 33 had no signs of ILD. 311 patients had no history of exposure to inhalation antigen, 212 of them were diagnosed nonHP ILD. Conclusions: Specific serum IgGs may point towards exposure source in HP patients. G1207 Roche, MZ CR RVO- TN 00064190
