The title of the master graduate qualification work: «The storage infrastructure providing stable energy systems work development».The aim of the study is to develop effective strategy for Russia energy storage systems development.The study was carried out on the basis of the world and Russian energy markets.Subject of research: energy storage scopes and technologies.Research methods: legal acts analysis, comparative analysis, investment attractiveness assessment methods of project, modeling method.The main results of the study:- economic substantiation of the feasibility and technical and institutional capacities of Russia energy storage system creation are provided;- Russian Federation regulations are analyzed, пÑоанализиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑмаÑивно-пÑавовÑе акÑÑ Ð Ð¾ÑÑийÑкой ФедеÑаÑии, marketâs crippling limits are identified;- Strategies of Russia energy storage systems market development were developed;- Pilot projects have been proposed within the development strategy framework.Application field: application of the results of work within the individual power systems and Russia power system frameworks in general.The scientific novelty of the research is the conditions determination of the Russia energy storage systems utilization economic efficiency (elements â to clarify, etc.)Conclusions: the masterâs thesis objectives are solved as the goals are achieved; the areas of application are determined.
