Popis: | This paper proposes a parallel Big Bang-Big Crunch (PBB-BC) approach to address the main issue of deployment of wireless sensor networks. The approach is successfully implemented and simulated in MATLAB. The applied approach minimizes sensor overlapping hence improving the coverage area. The proposed approach is also compared with Big Bang-Big Crunch (BB-BC) and Artificial Bee Colony (ABC). It is observed that the proposed approach out performs both mentioned approaches. |
